What SweetNudge is — and is not

SweetNudge is a wellness app: it helps you track food, understand craving patterns, and build habits around added sugar. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition figures are estimates. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions, including decisions about diabetes, disordered eating, or medication.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Your data.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no abusive content toward the coaching system, and no use that violates applicable law.

AI-generated content

Coaching replies and nutrition estimates are generated with the help of AI and can be wrong. They are provided as-is, for information and motivation — not as professional advice.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetNudge is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
